GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services teams believe that the sermon starts in the parking lot. These teams are made up of individuals who love welcoming every guest in a way that radiates Christ’s passion and love for people.
CAMPUS SUPPORT TEAM
Help maintain the day-to-day operations of the facilities areas; may include general electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, lighting repair, building repair, changing light bulbs, changing filters, furniture assembly, cutting grass and other areas as needed.
Time Commitment: As available

COFFEE SHOP TEAM
Serves guests by insuring coffee, condiments and supplies are available.
Time Commitment: 7:35 am – 9:15 am, 10:45 am – 11:15 pm

FACILITY CLEANING TEAM
Maintains the clean and excellent appearance of our facilities as hundreds of guests make their way through our buildings.

GREETERS TEAM
Welcomes guests from the parking lot to the Welcome Center.
Time Commitment: 8:30 am – 9:15 am or 10:30 am – 11:15 pm

LITTLE HANDS TEAM*
Takes care of kids 0 – 4 years old during Sunday Morning worship services. These volunteers have a heart for kids. Requires a background check.

MEDICAL TEAM
This team includes a team of medical personnel who are trained professionals who assist in situations until official help arrives (if needed).

MINUTE MEN TEAM
This team delivers guest bags ensuring guest will discover the bag upon returning home from service. Also, makes a phone call thanking the first time guests for worshipping with us.
Time Commitment: 8:30 am – 9:15 am, plus delivery time or 10:30 am – 11:15 am, plus delivery time

PARKING TEAM
Welcomes and directs guests to a parking place, and keeps traffic flowing smoothly.

PHOTOGRAPHY TEAM
Takes pictures during events, new members that join Heights
Time Commitment: As needed for events, after 9:00am and 11:00am services

RESOURCE CENTER TEAM
Insures that timely information and sign-up sheets are on hand and ready for members/guests. Assists members/guests with CDs, DVDs t-shirts and other merchandise.

RESTROOM MONITOR TEAM
Insures that the restroom areas are clean and that paper products and hand soap dispensers are refilled.

SECURITY TEAM*
Secures all campus areas. On-hand for any security situations that may arise.

SERVICE PREPARATION TEAM
Insures tithing envelopes, new member registration record pads and pens are in place. Insures auditorium is ready for worship.

SOAR TEAM*
Takes care of kids and teaches 5K – 5TH grade during Sunday Morning worship services. These volunteers have a heart for kids. Requires a background check.

USHERS TEAM
Insures seating, lighting and temperature are correct and appropriate. Hands out sermon notes. Shows guests to a seat. Ushers first time guests with children to Children’s Building.

WELCOME CENTER TEAM
Welcomes guests and has them complete a guest card.
Time Commitment: 45 minutes before and 10 minutes after a service. Arrive 60 minutes before the service.
